I want to hear your story, so do many others. The story of your personal struggle can be just the motivation someone needs to start on their own journey. Start writing your story now, simply put it down in a text editor and paste it here once you finish. Stories are the key to success:

Sometimes it can all seem too much and the battle looks to hard. If you are considering suicide and you live in the U.S. please:

  • Contact your local Crisis Center. If you do not have a number, call 911 and they will connect you.
  • Call the Suicide Hotline at 800-784-2433.
  • Go to a hospital emergency room. They are required by law to help, regardless of financial or insured status, when told there is a possibility of self-harm.
  • Speak to a friend or family member.
  • If no-one is about, drop me an email and I will try to contact you via email as soon as I can.
  •

For other countries, contact your emergency services number and ask for their support.

It’s never too late or too serious to seek help.  I will try to help as much as I can so don’t dispair. Remember that you are not alone.
